All transactions on Fanspicy — including subscriptions, media purchases, and tips — are considered final and are non-refundable, as stated in our Terms of Service.
We understand that unique circumstances may occur. You can request a refund if:
• You didn’t receive access to purchased content (e.g., subscription, media)
• There was an unauthorized charge on your account
Requests are evaluated case-by-case and refunds may be issued at our discretion.

Provide:
• Transaction ID or date/amount of purchase
• Description of the issue (e.g., content not delivered, unauthorized transaction)
Our team will review and respond promptly.
• Refund requests are reviewed individually and carefully
• Upon approval, refunds are processed, and:
• For credit/debit cards: funds will return within 5–10 business days
• For in-platform wallet: balance adjustment is applied immediately
Purchases made and accessed are not eligible for refund simply due to change of mind, unless content was faulty or unauthorized.
All excepted refunds are at Fanspicy’s sole discretion, to ensure fairness and trust within our community.
