Before disputing, head to your Subscriptions tab to:

  • Confirm the charge came from an active subscription or past renewal

  • Check if auto-renew was still active

Sometimes users forget to cancel before the renewal date — so it’s always good to double-check first.


📨 Step 2: Contact Support to Start the Dispute

Still think the charge was incorrect?

Log in to your account, go to the Support section in the menu, and create a ticket.

In your ticket, include the following:

  • A short explanation of the issue

  • The date and amount of the charge

  • The payment method used (e.g., Visa, Apple Pay, Wallet, etc.)

This helps the team review and process your request faster.
