If your payout didnโt go through, you can easily find the reason inside your Fanspicy account:
Tap the Menu icon inside your account.
Head into the Payout section where all your financial activity is tracked.
This shows a full list of all your requested payouts, both successful and declined.
Under the declined payout, youโll find a note or explanation. It might say things like:
Wallet rejected the payment
Bank blocked the transfer
Incorrect payout info
Delay due to gateway issues
Once you understand the reason, you can either update your payout method or try again after 24 hours. Your funds will not be lostโthey stay in your Fanspicy balance until a successful request is made.
