🧾 Step-by-Step: How to Check the Declined Reason

If your payout didn’t go through, you can easily find the reason inside your Fanspicy account:

📍 1. Go to the Menu

Tap the Menu icon inside your account.

📊 2. Select More → Payout

Head into the Payout section where all your financial activity is tracked.

📉 3. Tap on the Earnings Tab

This shows a full list of all your requested payouts, both successful and declined.

📝 4. Scroll Down to See the Declined Reason

Under the declined payout, you’ll find a note or explanation. It might say things like:

  • Wallet rejected the payment

  • Bank blocked the transfer

  • Incorrect payout info

  • Delay due to gateway issues

💡 Tip:

Once you understand the reason, you can either update your payout method or try again after 24 hours. Your funds will not be lost—they stay in your Fanspicy balance until a successful request is made.
