When topping up with crypto, Fanspicy will show you an amount like:
14.98268 USDT (or another coin)
💡 It’s crucial that you send exactly that amount—not rounded up or down.
For example:
❌ Sending 15.00 instead of 14.98268 can cause the payment to fail or go unrecognized by the system.
🕐 2. Still Waiting? Give It a Few Minutes
If you sent the exact amount:

Wait at least 5–10 minutes

Make sure your transaction is confirmed on the blockchain
Some blockchains take a few minutes depending on network traffic.
📧 3. Crypto Left Your Wallet But Didn’t Arrive on Fanspicy?
If the funds were successfully sent from your crypto wallet but never showed up in your Fanspicy wallet, here’s what to do:
