🔍 Step 1: Check Your Bank or Payment Status
Look at your payment history or bank app and confirm these points:
Was the amount actually deducted from your account?
Does the transaction say “Pending” or “Processing”?
Was the money refunded or reversed?
💡 If the payment is still pending or didn’t reach our system yet, it won’t appear in your wallet until it fully clears.
⏳ Step 2: Still No Balance? It Might Be a Processing Delay
Sometimes, Apple Pay or Google Pay payments don’t instantly reach our payment provider—especially if the transaction was auto-cancelled or stuck in a queue.
👉 Wait a few minutes and refresh your wallet page. If it still doesn’t show up, continue to the next step.
📨 Step 3: Contact Support If Payment Was Fully Deducted
If:
You’re 100% sure the money was deducted
The transaction doesn’t say “pending”
But your wallet still has no added balance...
Then log in to your account, go to the Support section in the menu, and create a ticket.
Be sure to include:
A screenshot of the transaction
The payment method used (Apple Pay or Google Pay)
The time and amount of the payment
