💸 My Payout Still Says Pending — What’s Going On?

⏳ What Does “Pending” Mean?

When you request a payout, it won’t be sent immediately. “Pending” means it’s being processed. This happens to make sure your funds are valid and safe for transfer.

🗓️ When Will I Get Paid?

Here’s the full timing breakdown you need to know:

  • 💼 Processing Takes 2 to 5 Business Days

  • 📍 Business Days = Monday to Friday (Eastern European Time)

  • ⏰ Requests made after 3 PM EET will be processed on the next business day

  • ❌ Saturday and Sunday do NOT count as business days

Example:
If you request on Friday at 5 PM EET, the clock starts on Monday.

💡 Important Reminders:

  • Give it a little time—Most payments show up within 2–5 BD.

  • Make sure your payment method is working—Check if your bank or crypto wallet is active and ready to receive funds.

  • If you’re using crypto, note that some wallets may take a bit longer.

  • If your payout is still pending after 5 BD, something may need to be checked manually.
