🕵️‍♂️ First, Don’t Panic!

If you’ve requested a payout and haven’t received it yet, that doesn’t mean it’s gone wrong.
There are a few things to keep in mind:

⏱️ Payout Timing

• Payouts typically take 2 to 5 business days to arrive

• Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are not counted

• The processing system works by Eastern European Time (EET)

📌 Important Time Rule

• You must request your payout before 3 PM EET

• Any request made after 3 PM EET will be processed the next business day

So if you requested late on Friday, the process won’t begin until Monday.

✅ Double-Check Your Payment Method

• Make sure the bank or payout method you used is correct and active

• For crypto: ensure your wallet address is correct and active

• For bank accounts: confirm there are no restrictions or account issues

🔄 What If It Still Doesn’t Arrive?

If it’s been over 5 full business days and you still haven’t received the payout:

• Log in to your account, go to the Support section in the menu, and create a ticket

• Include the date you requested the payout and the method used
