If your subscription didnāt activate right after payment, hereās what could be going onāand how to fix it:
Sometimes users add funds to their Fanspicy Wallet, thinking that will automatically activate the subscriptionābut it doesnāt.
š Hereās what to do:
Go to your Wallet balance and make sure the funds are there
Visit the creatorās page and click Subscribe to complete the payment
š” Topping up the wallet is a separate step from subscribing!
In some cases, your bank or card provider may:
Show the transaction as pending
But the money hasnāt actually left your account
If this happens:
Wait a few minutes, then check your bank balance again
If the money was not taken, try the payment again
If the money was taken and the subscription still didnāt activate...
Many users purchase an individual post (like a video or photo) and think it means theyāre subscribed.
š Buying one post = one-time content
š Subscribing = full page access for a period of time
To enjoy full access to all locked content, youāll need to subscribe directly from the creatorās page.
If your funds were withdrawn but your subscription is still inactive:
Log in to your account, go to the Support section in the menu, and create a ticket.
Include details like:
The creatorās name
The date and time of the transaction
A screenshot of the payment if possible
